J19 Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking information will be sent directly to you once your order has been fulfilled.

• All orders are considered custom made and undergo processing before shipment. Timeframes vary per item. 
• Please allow 4-5 business days for processing.
• Please allow 5-8 business days for shipping.
• Once your order is placed all sales are FINAL.
• If your item requires custom coloring please email J19Extensions@gmail.com before placing your order. 
• Order processing is completed in the order in which they are placed in our system. As we cannot expedite orders.
